Petra- NMD is a multicenter randomized control study that will assess personalized treatment for people with rare disorders. The study will examine the effect of exercise as personalized treatment on clinical measures and explorative biomarkers. The project will involve participants and institutions from all four health-regions and health care workers from many disciplines such as physiotherapists, neurologists, clinical neurophysiologists as well as basic scientists.
The project will include 120 participants with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT), Myotonic Dystrophy type 1 (DM1) or Fascio-scapulo humoral muscular dystrophy (FSHD)
